BAM Medical Staffing does not charge hospitals additional fees for locum tenens placements. A facility’s contracted rate is what the providers earn. Want to hire a BAM contracted physician? Our buyout fees are one third the industry average. We want to focus on staffing facilities, not creating a financial strain on hospitals.
BAM provides documentation courses to our contracted providers to help them improve billing and medicolegal compliance. We also screen providers to help facilities find the right providers for the right positions.

BAM Medical Staffing is physician-owned. We know what goes on behind the scenes with locum tenens staffing and we created BAM to change the process. BAM has working relationships with many facilities and we are regularly seeking new staffing relationships with additional facilities.
