BAM Medical Staffing is a DIFFERENT kind of medical staffing agency

BAM Medical Staffing will completely change the way you think about temporary medical staffing. We work to understand our clients’ needs so that we can provide a better fit between providers and hospitals.

When our clients succeed, we succeed.

Quality and Cost-Efficient Hospital Staffing

BAM Medical Staffing does not charge hospitals additional fees for locum tenens placements. A facility’s contracted rate is what the providers earn. Want to hire a BAM contracted physician? Our buyout fees are one third the industry average. We want to focus on staffing facilities, not creating a financial strain on hospitals.

BAM provides documentation courses to our contracted providers to help them improve billing and medicolegal compliance. We also screen providers to help facilities find the right providers for the right positions.

Maximizing Provider Income

BAM Medical Staffing is physician-owned. We know what goes on behind the scenes with locum tenens staffing and we created BAM to change the process. BAM has working relationships with many facilities and we are regularly seeking new staffing relationships with additional facilities. We’ll work to help you find a facility that is a good fit for you.

BAM Medical Staffing has an open books policy. We show you up front what hospitals are paying for your services. Our independent contractor agreement has no “gotcha” clauses and our management fees are half of what other staffing companies charge, allowing you to keep more of the money you earn.
