Documentation

BAM Medical Staffing has partnered with ChartOptima.com to educate physicians on proper charting to help hospitals recover maximum reimbursement for physician services and to improve medicolegal protections.

Control

Placements are initially provisional so that either party can terminate the placement if there is not a good fit between hospital and provider. Should a candidate not meet the hospital’s needs, BAM will work to promptly find a replacement.

Savings

BAM does NOT charge hospitals additional fees for locum tenens assignments. Instead, BAM charges physicians a monthly management fee that is much lower than the industry average.
