About BAM

BAM Medical Staffing is a physician-owned and physician-run locum tenens staffing company.

BAM’s owners, Bill and Michelle Sullivan have had experience in the locum tenens industry, in hospital administrative positions, in emergency departments, in clinic settings, in business management, and in advising dozens of locum tenens physicians.

We have seen locum tenens agencies cancel assignments at the last minute, refuse to pay physicians for time that the physicians worked, and demand hefty premiums from hospitals for last-minute staffing needs.

We created a straightforward staffing model to resolve and hopefully prevent such issues.
